Returns are acceptable within 48 hours after the customer receives the order.
Customer must inform SVG about the return request through its social media platforms.
In case SVG delayed in replying to the customer, SVG will be responsible for this delay, get back to the time of delivery and when the customer contacted us, and either accept the return request or reject it if the return period was already expired.
The item to be returned must be in its original conditions (with the price tag, not worn,
not washed, not damaged due to harsh usage).
What is the refund policy?
All returns that are shipped back within the 14-day time period will be refunded to the original form of payment and maybe refunded through digital transaction to provide safety and prevent threfts and faurd that may occur during the refund process.
Any refund process will under go different shipping pricing calulations (decided with the customer before confirming the return request) to ensure that the item may be exposed to unsuitable way of packaging and delivery that may cause damage to the item.
Please note that in case of a written notice and proof of a return to SVG within 14 days upon arrival, we will issue a refund latest on day 14. In case we have not received written proof of a return, we allow 30 days to issue a refund.
